I'm Michelle Towler. I love all things French and all things SWEET - and when I find something I love, I want to share it!

 

My love affair with baking and pastry began in 2010 when I enrolled in a simple cake decorating class. Cake decorating seemed an obvious hobby for me because I am creative and I love dessert! With each stroke of the piping bag, my love for baking grew. It was then I knew I wanted to become a pastry chef. One who would encourage and inspire others just like you!

 

My path took many twists and turns. I went from a Cottage Food Licensed baker to a Certified Wilton Method Instructor. Then when I enrolled in one of Escoffier's Baking and Pastry Arts Programs I knew - I found my niche: French pastries! Mais oui!​

 

In 2019, I added to my credentials an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Helms College in Augusta, Georgia.

 

and Voila! I became a pastry chef. I accepted a position as a Chef Instructor at Helms College teaching baking and pastry and so much more!
